Gnar Fit
Need a workout plan? Follow my Gnar Fit, I post all my workouts online. I’m into cross-training styled workouts and I usually take an existing workout from a Crossfit gym and modify it to challenge myself. It’s not easy, but I’d encourage y’all to try it. Modify them for yourself until you can do the full workouts…don’t worry about anyone else at the gym, challenge yourself and pay attention to form. Feel free to ask questions.

White River Falls
Nishat found out about this place last night – White River Falls, an abandoned hydro-electric facility next to a beautiful waterfall…we couldn’t wait! One night sleep and a mere 2-hour drive later, we made it! It’s an easy .25 mile walk and a bit of climbing to see the powerhouse interior, and it’s worth it! Fun little day trip.

Experimenting at the Office
Eric gave me the afternoon to play around with some textual type treatments. I had an idea to spray water through a stencil and drop ink on the watermark…clearly Brian was impressed.
